Dean Whitehouse
- Director / Surveyor

Started in 2014. Originally from a civils background, but progressed in to surveying 10 years ago. Completed a degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction management. Responsible for all day to day running of the office and all projects.

Brian Hart
- Director / Site Manager

Founder of company Harts Construction Ltd in 2012. Brian has 20 years’ experience and is from a carpentry background, fully qualified site manager (SMSTS). Involved in all projects from inception to completion and offers a hands-on approach, coupled with excellent management of all our projects.

Dean Latimer
- Project Manager
Dean has worked up from site foreman to project management where he has gained 12 years’ experience in retail fit-out, residential refurbishments and main build projects ranging from 10k to 10 million. Dean heads up the management of all projects from appointment to completion.[/read]
Dean started as an apprentice bench joiner/shopfitter after leaving school achieving a NVQ level 3. Having gained 7 years as a bench joiner Dean moved on to the site fixing team as a site foreman running multi high end retail fit-outs across the UK.Natural progression saw Dean move from site foreman to project management where he has gained 12 years’ experience in retail fit-out, residential refurbishments and main build projects ranging from 10k to 10 million. Dean heads up the management of all projects from appointment to completion.
Roscoe Dridge
- Surveyor
Roscoe gained academic qualifications (HNC/HND) in Construction and the Built Environment at Highbury College in 2015 and 16. Now working as estimator/surveyor, he oversees projects from the initial enquiry to completion. Working in both procurement and project management.[/read]
Roscoe has been with Pure Construction for two years working as one of the companies two surveyors. He gained experience working on site as a labourer on various size projects, including both domestic and commercial.
Roscoe gained academic qualifications (HNC/HND) in Construction and the Built Environment at Highbury College in 2015 and 16. Now working as estimator/surveyor, he oversees projects from the initial enquiry to completion. Working in both procurement and project management.
Maxine Jennings-Patrick
- Accounts / Office Manager

Has spent 30 years in office and administration roles. Responsible for the accounts and daily office management.
